All Downloads Are Saved As jpg

Everything I download from the internet is saved as a .jpg
file no matter what the file type really is. How do I
correct this?

Your Internet Explorer Temporary Files Cache is full and
needs to be emptied.

Go to Start > Programs > Accessories > System Tools > Disk Cleanup
and perform some housekeeping.
