All day event in calendar deaults to free

Hi

Can anyone tell me why the calendar defaults all day events "show time as :
Free" and if there is a option for me to get it to defualt to Busy? For
some reason this has become quite an issus with people booking meeting rooms
etc and leaving the room and their time as free.

That's just the way Outlook handles all-day events. there isn't a setting to
change that behavior.
