all categories not displaying in table view

is there a character limitation in a view mode? i have a number of
contacts which fall into several categories, but in the table view, it
seems to cut of after a certain number, and sometimes cutting the
category in two. no specific rhyme or reason. please help!

Are you saying that in one of the many version of Outlook, whilst looking at
one of the many table views, you cannot widen the column "categories"
sufficiently to read the entry?

What have you tried? We aren't there looking over your shoulder, so to help
you we need a bit more information please.

Which view? Which version? What have you done to try to see the whole column
wide enough to read all the entries?
