Alexa Toolbar

Does anyone have any (negative) opinions about
and/or know of any drawbacks with installing the
Alexa toolbar?
All I want it for is to see each site's ratings
when I visit them.
Does it track your moves or install Spyware,
Log your keystrokes, interfere with any existing
programs, install Adware, etc., etc.?
I'm running IE 6.0/OE 6.0/Office 2000
with Win Me.
Any opinions would be greatly appreciated.

I suspect MS renew the related items key so that if Alexa try to pull a fast
one using IE functions MS can easily and quickly remove / change their
dependency on Alexa.

I tend to read privacy policies a lot. If there isn't even an attempt at one
forget it, if there is one they would be unwise not to tell you.
