I think this is causing me a lot of trouble. I ran Adaware and I had a
choice but because the message said I would not be able to open all the
windows while on the internet, I left it on the computer I would like to get
it. I have run many spyware programs and it never shows up. A google search
mentions that it is the toolbar that MSN uses--I stoped using MSN and now
have Adelphia - should I have deleted anything when I discontinued? Thank

problems: home page slow to load (I have check this out many times with
Adelphia and I correctly connected. Email is very slow to open when I open
it useing Adelphia web mail. Quite often I am told I am using an incorrect
password when I am not. all of a sudden I can't move from a page. In fact
it has happened today while I was trying to look at chat. Thanks for any

Can you remove alexa in add/remove programs in control panel?

It's not there to remove. According to a google search, I found a site that
said MSN uses this toolbar. I did use MSN as my ISP and I have had a lot of
trouble since I quite them. I ran anti spy ware before installing Adelphia's
security suite and I allowed Alexa to stay in the computer because the
information said I needed it to open web pages. What a mess. Thanks for any
