Alerts with anti-spyware

I've download and tried Microsoft anti-spyware, an I have
a little problem.
On my PC, there are 2 different accounts. When I start
using account A and then close session for using account
B, I have some messages ( folder for IE has been
changed, ... ) : no problem because it's not spyware.
Each time, I start user A and after user B I get the same
messages.
I would like to know how I can tell Microsoft anti-
spyware to remember the previous good messages.

I think its a conflict between MSAS not supporting Limited accounts. One of
those accounts are limited user right?

Bill Sanderson says:
You can go to tools, advanced tools, browser hijack restore settings and set
the home page setting(s) to your desired page.

You may find that you are not able to do this as a limited user,
however--not sure. For the purposes of the current beta builds, the program
requires running as an administrator.

Yes--you and I and Microsoft are all aware that this isn't how it should be
designed--and it will change.

I don't think you can eliminate these prompts in the current state of the
beta, as I understand it and this thread. You could shut off the specific
checkpoints which give rise to these messages, but that opens you to more
risk.
