Yahoo anti spyware

In checking my Control Panel on the add/remove programs, I
discovered there is a Program called Yahoo anti-Spyware
that I never downloaded. Is this part of the Microsoft
anti spyware program?
I never downloaded yahoo's new toolbar, so there should
be no reason this Anti Spyware by Yahoo should be there!
