Alert message when opening .pps & .exe apps

Greetings!

Does anyone have a solution to this?

How do I disable the windows alert message when
opening .pps & .exe applications on my computer.

I need to open PowerPointShow files and .EXE files
made in FLASH... Each time I do I am "ALERTED"
I have an option to "Don't show this message" but
the next time I open I am again asked Open / Don't Open?
 
That is excellent! That means that your firewall is working
DON'T change anything! You've got a secure system.
