ALCXMNTR.exe (realtek event monitor) can i turn off this startup?

ALCXMNTR.exe (realtek event monitor) can i turn off this startup? is this
startup neccessary for realtek audio.
 
Hi,

No, it's not, but you may find that you need to manually start it when you
want sound. The file works in conjunction with your sound card's driver
files.
