Album Cover art display only during playback Not in the MCE Album

Just the head Phones displays for some of my music in MCE but during playback
the Album art is displayed? Why and how do I fix that.

Sorry I give more detail. The Head Phone display for some of my CD's when
looking at the master list in MCE.
