Alarm for Computer

My computer needs (okay, I need) an alarm (not necessarily with a clock
because I already have one. The Google site seems to list separate, free
standing units. I want one that is integrated with my PC and is on the
taskbar next to the clock.

Where would I find such a listing?

It's free, small and uses no unreasonable resources. Very
programmable and flexible; I use it for reminders of what meds I
have to take and when it's time to take them, plus birthdays,
things like that I want to remember.
