How can I fix an error box that is persistent and maddening? It occur
after boot-up and intermittently thereafter.

The message I get is:

no disk Exception Processing Message c0000013 Parameters 75b6bf9c
75b6bf9c 75b6bf9c

Any and all suggestions will be greatly appreciated.
