AIW Radeon and Win XP

Currently I have:

P III processor
Win98
AIW Radeon 32MB AGP

1. I am planning on upgrading the OS to Win XP. Will the current XP Catalyst
3.7 driver suite, MMC etc. available at the ATI site work with AIW Radeon?
2. Also can the Catalyst 3.7 drivers for Win 98 be used for AIW radeon?

I have original AIW using WinXP SP1 and all latest fixes from MS as well as
DX9b and the Cat 3.7 with MMC 8.6 working great. The bottle neck will be
whatever speed P3 your going to use. My Win98SE machine running a P3 550
does not like DX9 and shows no advantage using the Cat drivers so it is
running the 7075 driver with DX8.1 and MMC 7.5.
