AIW 9000 and VCD

My system (XP, SP1) and MMC 8.1 won't play my VCD's that my DVD player
will. ATI site is no help, can you?
 
The VCD's may be software locked so they won't play on a PC system. Some
companies use this as their copy protection.
 
I wasn't clear. These are VCDs that I created using NERO and Irfanview
via NERO. They work on my home DVD player but not on the DVD player in
my PC. BTW - it plays real DVDs OK.
Something in the system or MMC does not recognize them as VCD disks.
Treats them as just Data disks.
