Airport utility disables file sharing even after uninstalling

Hello,
one of my users at the office installed the Windows-based Airport
utility to manage Apple wi-fi access points.
It seems that it disables File and Printer Sharing by default. Can you
confirm that?

We tried and uninstall Airport, but after each restart the file
sharing service returns unflagged in the LAN Properties panel. Is
there any way to fix that (without reinstalling Airport)?

Thank you,

Try uninstalling, enabling file and print sharing. Reinstall and see
if it's disabled. Probably faster than waiting for a reply here. Also,
try a forum for the product you are asking about.
