AiO SoftwareNPI??????

After a system restore ... I cannot complete start up with error msg asking
me to install the AiO SoftwareNPI. My work around is to use task mgr to quit
the msg after which I can complete start up. However this is quite tedious.

Thoughts fo the proper solution?
