IE back and I dont want to use AOL!! I know IE is deleted cause I cant find
it and I cant go to restore on recycle bin because I have the box "Do not
move files to the recycle bin remove files immediately when deleted"
checked.. so i cant just restor it.

You can not delete IE. XP considers this to be a system files and will
restore it.

You may have just deleted the shortcut. Search the hard drive for

Go to Control Panel > Add/Remove programs
Click "Add/Remove Windows Components" on the left.
Check "Internet Explorer" and click Next.

If it was already checked, uncheck it and click next then repeat the
above steps.

Under normal circumstances, you cannot actually delete IE. What the
above procedure does is add/remove the IE shortcuts and hide the actual
excutable in Program Files\Internet Explorer. You should also be able to
access IE by going to Start > Run and entering: iexplore.exe or creating
a new shortcut with the target as: "%programfiles%\Internet Explorer
\iexplore.exe"

You are the reason that system administrators have to lock down systems.
Take your computer to them. Tell them that you screwed up and could they
please fix it. Then, use the computer. Don't think you are qualified to
alter it!

If you knew as much as you thought you know,
You would realize that you don't know what you thought you knew!

Let me finish my post!

Just search for "iexplore.exe" and you could create a new shortcut.

You could try launching ie from the run command on your computer. Go to the
start menu, go to run and type iexplore.exe and enter, this should launch
internet explorer for you
