Agnt_pnc shut down error!

Hello,

I keep getting this error every time I start my PC or restart from
hibernation. The error states the agnt_pnc.exe encountered a problem and
needs to close. Error report contains the following;

AppName: agnt_pnc.exe AppVer: 0.0.0.0 ModName: agnt_pnc.exe
ModVer: 0.0.0.0 Offset: 00026000

I googled for this program but there is only a couple of entries and most in
foreign languages. This file is no where to be found on my PC nor in the
registry. Although, I have 2 similar files in the system32 folder; agnt_mps
and agnt_msn!

Please let me know if you know what is going on? I am starting to suspect
that it may be a virus of some sort even though Norton is not finding
anything!

This sounds like part of a program (a Trojan) that belongs to the class of
programs
known generally as Virus's.

You will need a competent antivirus program to remove it!
