agent.exe - Application Error

I'm running Windows XP Home Edition SP1.
I keep getting
agent.exe - Application Error
The instruction at "0x77f58dc5" referenced memory at "0x00008a50". The
memory could not be "read".

When I click OK, it cycles through to a new *.exe - Application Error
message, but saying basically the same thing. Just the .exe name channges.

I notice many people are getting this type of error, but I have yet to see a
resolve. Hopefully, someone can help me.

uninstall AGENT and attempt to reinstall it if it something you installed in the first place.
