Age Of Empires Installation Issues

I recently installed Age of Empires on a Windows XP
Professional machine and when any of the "Limitted Use"
users try to run the game it returns an error: "Please
Insert CD" when the CD Drive is in the game. It works
fine for Administrator Users.

Any idea how to fix this?

these newer full action 3d bonanza games require
administrator to fully function. create a admin account
with only antivirus and firewall running plus needed apps
for the system to play game.
