again about mmc 8.8

i've download the new mmc and installed but my "tv" is become "video in" and
the antenna connector seems desappared.

....

how can i see MTV on my monitor again?

i have an AIW 9700 pro, athl XP2400+, A7V8X, soun blaster live plat. 5.1
