After Standby/Hibernate, computer restarts immediately

I've been trying to setup Windows Media Center to go into standby whey
pressing the power button. The system goes into standby, but 2 seconds later
it wakes back up. Same thing happens with hybernate. I've gone into the Power
options menu in the BIOS and disabled all wake-up looking settings to no
avail. I'm using a Foxconn 760GXK8MB-RS motherboard.

Any help greatly appreciated.
