After "sfc /scannow" or Repair, Reload SP1??

For Windows XP repair using After "sfc /scannow", do I have to Reload SP1,
an other updates?
Or after a WinXP CD repair process, do I have to Reload SP1 and will
WindowsUpDate reload all of the updates?
What is the proper way to handle this?

Yes and yes! You may have over written updated files by using sfc /scannow.
Re-apply SP1 and run Windows Update. If you need anything, it will inform
you of the fact!
