After replying to an email, there is no sign that I did.

Hi, i use Outlook 2000 and when I reply to an email, there is no sign in the
original email that I have replied.

Usually there is a little arrow at the beginning of the message line to
indicate that a reply has been sent.

How can I fix this? It is really hard to keep track of which message has
been replied to without this mark.
