After recreating Form in Outlook,contents are missing.

Hi,after I recreated a form in outlook (I saved a copy to the pc,deleted the
old one,do some changes on the one that I have saved on my pc and afterwards
copied it back again onto the server.)the contents inside the old form is all
missing. Can anyone help me by telling me how to get the contents back again.

What exactly did you save? Forms are templates. They don't generally have
"contents," i.e.. data.
