After PC rebooting, Internet Explorer automatically starts

When I turn on the computer, Internet Explorer automatically starts.
I dont't want that. How should I do to remove it from my computer?

Step no.1 is to be 101% sure that you are free of viruses and spyware. That
can take plenty of time and effort, unfortunately.
