After moving spam, Outlook buttons all freeze up!

I am using Norton Anti-Spam 2004 with Outlook XP. Up until a few days ago, with no new programs added, other than the latest MS security updates, the two programs worked well

But now, when I select an email and push the Norton button for "This is Spam!" I receive a warning message from Outlook that says something like, "A program is attempting to access Microsoft Outlook. If you are expecting this, how long would you like to allow this." It's followed by a drop-down dialogue box that allows my choice from 1 to 10 minutes. But if I DO allow it, all my radio and selection (ALT-F for file, etc.) buttons in Outlook freeze, except the "X" in the top right corner. What has happened? Any advice will be greatly appreciated

This is because of added security in Service Pack 3. Check Norton (or
LiveUpdate) for updates as they were working on a fix.

.
I am having the same problem with newly-installed Norton
Internet Security 2004. Hope they get it fixed soon.
