After KB835732 installation Printing on BJC 230 do a GPF (blue screen)

On Windows 2000 SP4 :after we install April Security
updates MS04-011 (835732).
the pc get a blue screen when user print on BJC-230
connected by network.

I re-installed the printer and problem continue.

I can produce the probleme on any windows 2000 sp4 + patch
835732 without any application.

blue screen message:

***STOP:0x0000001E
(0xC0000005,0xBF2C315F,0X00000000,0X028DFFF)
KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED
*** Adress BF2C315E base at BF2C2000, DateStamp 00000000 -
CANON800.dll

We are having similar issues with NDPS printing using Novell Client.
We are investigating and will advise if we find problem.

There is a known problem with CPQPHP.SYS that is still under investigation.
This is a driver for the Compaq PCI Hot Plug Controller, do you have this
installed by chance?

CPQPHP.SYS on Print Server Or desktop because the probleme happen on
a workstation connected to print server NT4. all workstation are a
Dell system or vmware and the server are a HP I think.

I try a solution from MS : adding windows 2000 driver on the server
but somme system hang again. and the print quality was lost.
