After install SP1, asks add new printer wizard starts.

after installing Win XP SP1 and reatrting the pc keeps
starting up the add hardware wizard for my HP Laserjet
3100. I have gone through the process and reinstalled and
also clicked do not ask this again, but at every restart
it comes up again.

How can I fix this???
