After install, "app failed to initialize" error (0xc0150002). Wh.

Put the CD in the drive, selected 'complete install', let it do its thing.
Went to Start, Programs, selected Microsoft Office Tools, then FrontPage.
Received above error. Did I miss a step?
 
Which version of FrontPage, and what operating system??
