After I create my signature with my company logo it looks all jumb

I am trying to create an email signature in Outlook 2003. I have Word set as
my editor and I go in and create my new signature in Advanced (MS.Word).
However when I save and close out then try and create a new email message my
signature is all messed up. I does not look anything like it does when I open
it in via my signature editor - advanced - word. The text is all over the
place and not ligned up the way it looks in my editor.

Can someon please help me?

Have you checked the default format that you are using to compose new
e-mails? To do this open Outlook and go to Tools->Options and select the
Mail Format tab and near the top you will see a drop down that says
"Compose in this message format" if it is set to Plain Text try changing it
to HTML.
