After boot up, automactically goes into Master administrator accou

I have Windows XP and I have the PC set up for each individual to sign on,
but if I were to restart or shutdown the PC, After boot up, it automactically
goes into the Master administrator account. How do I go about changing it
where after the boot up the system asks for a user name and password instead
of the automatic opening of the home administrator account?
