I know it's WAY too early to ask this kind of question,
but do any of you know when will the OS come
after "Blackcomb" in 2007? I know "Blackcomb" will be
Server-only, but I am pretty sure there will be a desktop
version after "Longhorn" and "Blackcomb" Will it be
fully 64-bit? When?

I'll ask my crystal ball next time I'm scrying!

No idea... check sites like www.activewin.com.

I look about as far as 6 months ahead.... and that's it. Since I probably
won't have the same PCs in 2007 as I do now, it's all pretty irrelevant.
Who knows what the average home PC will be like in 2007... a LOT faster than
today's models probably, but that's about it!

The average life of a PC is 2.5 years I believe. That means by then I'll
have junked this one, got another, junked that and then got another one.

Hi
The real question is - Does anyone really care right now? SP2 seems to be a
distant dream, leave alone what's after LH!
