After a Windows update - wav files don't play correctly

Go to the home page of the audio prog installed on your
puter and download and install it or upgrades. Mine uses
Soundblaster at www.soundblaster.com and corrected the
problem.

Thanks Den,

I went into control pannel to verify what one I would be
looking for. Said VIA Technologies... I was expecting
Realtek - so I messed around looking for update - then
for some reason I tried to roll it back - it came back as
Realtek AC97 ? Stumped I tested it and it works just
fine... Hurray

So I think I must have done an update the was for audio
that wasn't for my system. Some of the updates look like
they are for you and in most cases will not effect you.
However, this must have been one that did effect me...
