After 10 min can only browse https sites

For some reason, after browing the web for 10 minutes on http sites, I begin
to get the error msg "Page cannot be displayed".

However, if I go to an https website, like my bank, no problem encounter.

All ideas are greatly appreciated.

I am having the same problem. However, if I do an
ipconfig/release and ipconfig/renew from the command
screen, it will reset for another 10 minutes. Netscape
does not have the same problem. Also, if I run behind my
company's fire wall, I do not have the same problem. It is
really frustrating. Help somebody!!
