after 1 min goes to "Search Internet"

After 1 min browser goes to web page search the internet.
I can't type in an address or it goes directly to search
the internet. My DSL says it's a problem with Microsoft.
Any ideas how to fix?

The first thing to do is to scan your system for the possibility of
unknown\unwanted spyware or parasites that may be causing your problem(s).
