I often see AFAIK in response to questions. What does it
mean?

actually Andy ...

as far as i know it means that there's bound to be someone on the board who
can do the "it can't be done" things or can write my 63 lines of code into 2
or has an obscure URL to a link where it has been proven to be so :)
