Aero works and doesn't work

I just added a second user to my Vista install. After setting that person up
with Aero I switched back to my logon. Aero was turned off and I did not have
the option available. I rebooted and Aero returned to my logon but the new
user now has lost Aero and it is not an available choice. Has anyone else
seen this???

While some programs turn off Aero while they are running, this should not
happen just switching users. Use the Feedback link on your desktop to
report a bug to MS. Use the link in the second paragraph to download the
bug reporter.
