Aero glass issues

i have a gforce 256mb 7600 gt pciexpress vid card and i can not keep glass
working. i cna get it started but if the screen saver starts or the computer
goes into standby or really if i use any program that takes it away from the
desktop glass is disabled and i can only get it to turn back on if i restart
my computer. any ideas on how to fix this?
