OK, I had a brain fart! LOL
Most newer machines come with the PCI-E slot for video, I have seen very few
boards with multiple PCI-e slots so far; though a few are listed at newegg &
tigerdirect.
Maybe I am missing it, but I haven't seen much advertising of PCI-e add in
cards for anything other than Video/SLI.
 
Although hard to find a standard PCI video card that runs Aero, you can find
the 5200 as a pci. Just make sure it has a minimum of 128 megs of memory.

There are quite a few PCIe cards around.

TV-cards, SATA controllers, SCSI controllers, Firewire cards, gigabit
network cards, DV cards and even serial cards and parallel cards for legacy
free motherboards like the ones found in Dells.
