Aero disappeared

I needed to reboot (what a shock) and when Vista booted, the screen was on
Windows Classic apearance. I changed my theme back to what It was and theres
NO AERO, no matter what theme I choose. The Quick Launch Aero button is also
gone. Any suggestions?
