i tried to install some new software and it display this
message:

Error creating process <c:\DOCUME~1\ADMINI~1\LOCALS~1
\Temp\IXp002.TMP\XXXXX.exe>. Reason: INNT\System32
\advpack.dll

anyone please help me?

Hello,

I understand that you are unable to install the new software and the system
displays error message.

Please try the following suggestion and check if it resolves the issue.

1. Create a new profile for the user installing the application. (The user
should have administrative rights)
2. Login as the user with the new profile.
3. Try installing the software.

Hope the issue is resolved. If the issue persists, please provide us with
more details about the issue like which application you are trying to
install, what is the deployment method used, any related Events in the
event viewer.
