Horse hockey. The precise statement was "I don't think Dell locks its OEM
version of Windows XP" and there's no way he can make that conclusion when
he's hacked activation on his 'example'.

His illogical conclusion was the lock doesn't exist because his HACKED
version was working. That's not "appropriate" even without getting into the
potential illegalities of it.
