Advanced Email Options.

Ok, here is what's driving me crazy. The options listed
below are selected in the Advanced emails options:

- Automatic Name Checking
- Suggest names while completing To, CC, and Bcc fields

I've sent emails to certain email addresses in the past,
and yet when I type part of their email address in the To,
CC, or Bcc fields, they are not suggested or automatically
completed. Can someone tell me what's causing this and
what the fix is?

Assuming you're using Outlook 2002 or later: AutoComplete works against
e-mail addresses you've previously typed into the To, CC or BCC boxes, not
against your Contacts folder. Once you've typed in an address, it should be
stored in the AutoComplete cache. To resolve against Contacts, you'd need
to press CTRL+K and then choose an address from the list.
