why is my autocomplete name is doesnt work?

hi,
first off all, sorry for my limited English...
im working in big company, and one manager have a problem. i didnt found any
solve on internet.
that pc, if you send a mail to contact on global adress list or write
manual today, next day autocomplete is doesnt work.... ill hope you can
understand me...
why doesnt work?
i checked everything on Tools\options\email options\advenced email options\
they are already checked,
*automatic name checking
*suggest names while completing to,cc,and bcc fields

either his profile is corrupt or outlook is not closing completely. Look in
task manager a minute after closing it - is it still listed in processes
tab? if no, then make a new profile. If yes, figure out what is keeping it
open (pda's or utilities using outlook data are the usual cause).
