Advance tab empty

In my IE6 (XP) the advance tab only has one entry in it for Sun java which I have installed - all the other settings are missing! Anyone any ideas?
 
That does not seem to be the issue here, Arnold :-)

Options in the "Advanced" Tab are missing. [Blank tab]
