ADSL problem

hello everyone

i dont know if this is the right place for my problem.

i have an ADSL connection, 512kbps. for a while its been too slow. the
provider told me everything looked fine on their side. they told me to stop
the DNS Client Service and start it again. they got me a new modem.
nothing happened.

any idea's? i dont know what else to do

Try the DSLReports Tweak Tests and other utilities, to see if your problem is
configuration based.

Have you checked for spyware/adware?

it is supposed to download at 50 kb\sec at least. it's downloading at 15 kb
after i got this DrTc.
