My ISP (AT&T YAHOO) has decided to fill my mailbox page with dancing ads that
are very annoying and distracting. Is there any way I can block them using
IE7? Some newsgroups sy you can get a "plug-in" for some browsers. Is there
one for IE?

You can by setting your pop-up Blocker High and also your Firewall to block
pop-ups automatically.

Stop using their webmail-for-dummies-full-of-spam interface. Either pay
for a Yahoo account or use YahooPOPs with a freebie account so you can
use a real e-mail program, like Outlook [Express]. Then you will never
see those ads on their web pages. Since you claim that your ISP
provides a Yahoo mailbox then you also are provided with mail servers
(POP3 and SMTP), so go define an account in a real e-mail client and do
your e-mails there instead of using the spam-ridden webmail pages.
