ADS/DNS Errors: Unable to access Domain Resources

New install of Window 2000, all Critical Security and
Service Packs. No errors in the event log after
installation. Joins the Domain fine, but then get the
following sets of errors:

Check the ipconfig/all. Does everything point to the server-IP? Do options
003, 006 and 015 exist in DHCP-server, Scope options on the server?
