Adprep

If i run adprep (in prep for using 2003 AD)on both my schema master and infrastructure master during the day when users are here will that be a problem ? If so what kinds of problems may I encounter ? or am doing this while nobody is here.

You only need to run ADPREP as follows:

ADPREP /forestprep once per forest
ADPREP /domainprep once per domain
